We ensure all properties we represent undergo a thorough check before they are listed for rent; our tenants have the peace of mind that everything will be ready on the day they move in. Sowden Wallis is committed to resolving any maintenance issues which arise in our properties quickly and with minimal disruption to the tenant. Our dedicated team are on hand seven days a week to respond to calls or emails. It is our policy to only use trusted contractors for any required maintenance work.
